Account information such as your name and email address when you create an account or subscribe to updates.
Usage information such as the sermons, podcasts and schools you interact with, so we can improve the experience.
Device information such as device type, operating system version and push notification token.
Messages you voluntarily send us through the contact form, prayer requests or support channels.
To deliver the content and features of the app, including live alerts and personalised recommendations.
To respond to your enquiries, prayer requests and support tickets.
To send ministry updates and announcements when you have opted in.
To maintain security, prevent abuse and improve the reliability of our services.
All giving is processed by secure third party payment providers. We do not store your card numbers, mobile money PINs or banking credentials on our servers.
We retain a record of the amount, date and purpose of a gift for accounting and receipting purposes only.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the app, such as hosting, analytics and payment partners, and only to the extent required for their service.
We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our community.
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Menorah is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also unsubscribe from ministry emails at any time using the link in each message or by contacting us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the effective date below will be revised.
